Welcome to PrimeJobBank (“PrimeJobBank”, “we”, “our”, “us”, or the “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the PrimeJobBank website and services available through the platform.

All recruitment decisions, hiring decisions, interviews, employment offers, compensation arrangements, workplace obligations, and employment relationships are solely between employers and candidates.
2. Eligibility
By using the Platform, you confirm that:
you are at least 18 years of age;
you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
all information provided is accurate and truthful;
and your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws.
3. User Accounts
Certain features may require account registration.
Users are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials;
all activity conducted through their account;
ensuring account information remains accurate and current.
PrimeJobBank reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion without notice if:
these Terms are violated;
unlawful activity is suspected;
fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful conduct occurs;
or the Platform’s integrity or reputation may be affected.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers using PrimeJobBank represent and warrant that:
job postings are genuine and lawful;
they have authority to recruit for posted positions;
all posted information is accurate and not misleading;
they will comply with applicable employment, labour, immigration, tax, human rights, and workplace laws.
Employers are solely responsible for:
verifying candidate qualifications;
conducting interviews and background checks;
confirming legal authorization to work;
employment agreements;
workplace safety;
payroll and tax obligations;
and all hiring decisions.
PrimeJobBank does not verify employers, business legitimacy, or hiring practices.
5. Candidate Responsibilities
Job seekers are solely responsible for:
the accuracy of resumes and information submitted;
verifying job opportunities independently;
attending interviews at their own discretion;
and evaluating employers before accepting employment.
PrimeJobBank does not guarantee:
employment,
interview invitations,
job availability,
or employer legitimacy.
Candidates should exercise caution when communicating with employers and should never share sensitive financial information unnecessarily.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
post false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
impersonate another person or entity;
post discriminatory, offensive, unlawful, or defamatory content;
upload malicious software or harmful code;
attempt unauthorized access to the Platform;
misuse candidate or employer information;
engage in scams, phishing, or deceptive practices;
or use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
PrimeJobBank reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts without notice.
7. Job Postings and User Content
Employers may post job opportunities and users may submit content through the Platform.
PrimeJobBank:
does not guarantee the accuracy of posted content;
does not pre-screen all content;
and may remove or modify content at its discretion.
Users remain solely responsible for all content they upload or publish.
By submitting content, users grant PrimeJobBank a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote such content in connection with operating the Platform.
8. Subscription Plans and Payments
Certain services or features may require payment.
All fees:
are payable in advance unless otherwise stated;
are non-refundable unless required by law;
may change at any time without notice.
PrimeJobBank does not guarantee:
applicant volume,
hiring success,
job visibility,
or business outcomes.
PrimeJobBank may use third-party payment processors and is not responsible for payment processing errors, interruptions, security breaches, or transaction failures caused by third-party providers.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, logos, text, website design, software, and materials on PrimeJobBank are owned by PrimeJobBank or its licensors and are protected under intellectual property laws.
Users may not:

PrimeJobBank provides the Platform on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
uninterrupted operation,
system availability,
website security,
content accuracy,
or error-free performance.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeJobBank, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising from:
misuse of the Platform;
violation of these Terms;
unlawful conduct;
recruitment activities;
employment disputes;

14. Termination
